1. Data Ownership
- Your Data Is Yours: All harvest data, estate locations and reports you enter are your absolute property. We will not sell that data to third parties.
- Security: We use industry security standards (encryption) to keep your data confidential.
2. Token and AI Quota System
- AI Tokens: Every non-upgraded user receives 5 AI scan tokens. Tokens are per user and are not reset automatically.
- Paid Tokens: Organisations may purchase additional tokens. Purchased tokens do not expire (while the account is active) but are non-refundable.
- Policy Changes: We may adjust the number of free tokens or token prices at any time for the continuity of server operations.
3. Limitation of Liability
- AI Estimates: The Smart Grader feature is a visual estimation aid using AI. Its results (bunch count, ripeness) do not guarantee 100% accuracy and cannot be the sole legal basis for a fruit sale transaction.
- Human Verification: Users are advised to still perform manual verification periodically. We are not liable for financial losses caused by differences in AI calculations.
4. Fair Usage
- Using bots or automated scripts to access our API is prohibited.
- Uploading irrelevant images (not oil palm fruit) to the Smart Grader feature is prohibited. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.
5. Accounts and Organisations
- Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the security of your account password.
- Organisation Capacity: The Free plan is limited to a maximum of 5 members. For larger capacity, please contact Admin to upgrade to the VIP/Corporate plan.
6. Communication and Contact Consent
- Optional WhatsApp Number: When registering, you may provide a WhatsApp number voluntarily. Providing a WhatsApp number is not mandatory and does not affect app functionality.
- Contact Consent: By ticking the consent checkbox on the registration page, you agree that the app operator may contact you via the registered WhatsApp number or email for technical support, feature-update information, and relevant package or promotional offers.
- Right to Opt-Out: You may stop communication at any time by replying with the word STOP or contacting us directly.
- Contact Data Protection: Your WhatsApp number will not be sold, shared or passed to any third party outside this app operator.
- PDPA Consent: Processing of personal data for these communication purposes is based on your consent and may be withdrawn at any time in line with the PDPA 2010.
