Register & Create an Organisation
The first step to start digitalising your palm estate.
- Click the Register Free button on the home page.
- Fill in your full name, email and password.
- After signing in, you will be asked to create a New Organisation.
- Enter your estate or grower group name (example: Sejahtera Palm Estate).
- You automatically become the owner (Owner) and get the free Starter plan.
Record Harvest Results
Record every fruit bunch harvested today so no data is lost.
- Open the Harvest Data menu.
- Click the + Record New Harvest button.
- Fill in: Date, Estate Location, FFB Count, and Total Weight (Kg).
- Optional: enter the harvester name for wage calculation later.
- Click Save. Your data is safely stored in the cloud.
Check Quality with AI (Smart Grader)
Use artificial intelligence to assess fruit ripeness objectively.
- On the Harvest Data page, find the AI Smart Grader widget at the top.
- Click Take Photo / Upload.
- Point the camera at your pile of palm fruit. Make sure the lighting is sufficient.
- Wait 5-10 seconds. The AI will analyse and tell you the % of ripe, unripe or rotten fruit.
- The analysis result is saved automatically to today harvest record.
Reports & Payroll
No more struggling with paper notes at month end.
- Open the Reports menu.
- Choose the period: Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
- View the production chart of your estate.
- Click the Export Excel button to download the harvester wage recap.
- The Excel file is print-ready for reports to landowners or investors.
