- Account Information: Name, email and phone number you provide when registering.
- Operational Data: Harvest data, estate locations and harvest times you enter into the system.
- Visual Data: Photos of oil palm fruit you upload for the Smart Grader (AI) feature.
2. Purpose of Processing
- Core Service: Providing dashboards, reports and statistical analysis of your harvest data.
- AI Improvement: Uploaded fruit photos (anonymised) may be used to train and improve the accuracy of our AI models. By using the Smart Grader feature, you consent to this use.
- Communication: Sending important notifications about your account, tokens or feature updates.
- Support: Helping resolve technical issues and support requests.
3. Notice and Consent (PDPA 2010)
- Your personal data is processed based on the consent you provide during registration or use of the service.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time by giving us written notice. After withdrawal, we may no longer be able to provide part of the service.
- We process personal data in accordance with the principles and requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
- We will not sell, rent or share your personal data for marketing purposes without your permission.
- Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (for example Google Cloud / Firebase) and AI service providers (for example Google Gemini) solely to deliver this service.
- Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure using industry-standard encryption.

- We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences.
6. Your Rights under the PDPA
- Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time.
- Right to Limit Processing: You may request that we limit the processing of your personal data.
- Right to Complain: You may lodge a complaint with the Department of Personal Data Protection (JPDP) Malaysia.
